MEET Alyssa

I’m Alyssa Sorenson, a destination wedding photographer with an artistic, documentary approach. I’m passionate about capturing all the quiet, in-between moments that tell the full story of a wedding—without sacrificing aesthetics.

I fell in love with documentary photography while earning my BFA, and I’ve been photographing weddings in Utah and across the country since 2015.

I’m highly empathetic, deeply feeling, and enthusiastic (an ENFP—if you know, you know). I love reading the vibe of a wedding so I can blend right in. I work best with couples who value presence over performance and want beautiful, honest images that capture the true essence of their day.
