I’m Alyssa, and I care deeply about the people in front of my camera.

I believe you deserve to be fully present for your wedding, not pulled away from it to perform for photographs. My approach is thoughtful and unobtrusive, leaving room for the real relationships, emotions, and beautifully imperfect moments that make the day yours.

I’ll offer direction when you need it, step back when you don’t, and create art from the life unfolding in front of me.

No performing.

No constant awareness of a camera.

Just a wedding experience where you get to actually be there. In your body, in your emotions, in the significance of what’s happening—while everything unfolds naturally around you.

That’s what I protect in the way I document weddings.

I’m not there to direct your day or interrupt what’s happening.

I’m there to quietly witness it as it unfolds so you can stay inside of it, and have your photos tell that story.

The result is a gallery of beautiful, timeless, and honest photographs of your favorite people and best memories.
